Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All Australian orders are shipped fully insured with tracking, using the carrier best suited to the size of the work:
Smaller paintings are sent via Australia Post with signature on delivery.
Larger works are shipped through Pack & Send.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of the painting and your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Free pickup from my McLaren Vale studio is available - select "Local Pickup" at checkout and I'll be in touch to arrange a time.
International Shipping
International orders are professionally packed and sent with a tracked, insured courier service. For larger paintings, I may contact you after purchase to confirm details or provide a custom shipping quote, as international rates for oversized works vary by destination.
Please note: any customs duties, VAT or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Dispatch Times
Paintings are carefully packed and dispatched within 7-10 business days of your order. Once shipped, delivery within Australia typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location; international delivery times vary by destination.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout - if anything needs updating after you've ordered, get in touch as soon as possible, as addresses can't be changed once a painting has been dispatched.
Packaging
Each painting is wrapped by hand with acid-free protective layers, corner protection and rigid outer packaging designed for safe transit. Larger works are professionally packed by art shipping specialists. I use recyclable and environmentally conscious materials wherever I can, without ever compromising on protecting the work.
If you have a special request - a specific courier, delivery timing, or anything else - just get in touch before ordering and I'll do my best to accommodate it.
